Part 1 — Using this website

  • All artwork, text, videos, workbooks and files on this site are © Sandra Mejia Posada. You may not copy, share, resell or use them to train AI models without my written permission.

  • Some links are affiliate links, including Skillshare links. If you buy through them, I may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. I mark these links where they appear.

  • I'm not responsible for the content of other websites I link to.

Part 2 — Self-paced classes and digital products

  • Classes are sold and delivered through Gumroad, which processes the payment and issues your receipt. You get access immediately after purchase.

  • Access lasts as long as the class is offered by my online school. If I ever close a class, I'll give at least 60 days' notice so you can download what you're allowed to download.

  • Self-paced classes don't include personal feedback. You can email me if you have any problem with the class but they don't include any type of feedback.

  • Brushes come with a commercial license: you may use them to make art you sell. You may not share, resell or redistribute the brushes themselves. Sketches, base files, reference images and my illustrations are for practice only and may not be used commercially.

  • Refunds: see the Refund Policy.

Part 3 — Programs that include live components (The Creative Decision System and future cohorts)

  • What's included is listed on each program's sales page at the time you enroll: weekly lessons, workbook, live group calls, and, if stated, personal feedback or 1:1 sessions.

  • Schedule. Dates and times are on the sales page. If I must move a live call, I'll give at least 24 hours' notice and a new date, except in emergencies.

  • Recordings. Live calls are on Zoom and are recorded so participants can watch the replay. I ask for permission at the start of every call. Replays are posted on Gumroad, visible only to your cohort, and kept for up to 1 year inside the cohort. If you don't want to appear, keep your camera off and use the chat.

  • Missed calls. Missing a call doesn't entitle you to a refund; you can watch the replay.

  • 1:1 sessions (Premium). Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours ahead. Sessions missed without notice can't be rescheduled. All sessions must be used within 12 weeks of the purchase date.

  • Transfers. You can move to the next cohort once, if you ask before the program starts.

  • Respect. Treat everyone with kindness. Don't share other participants' work, names, or anything said in calls outside the group. I may remove anyone who harasses others, without a refund.

  • Your work stays yours. You keep all rights to the art you make. I'll only show it publicly with your separate written permission.

  • My materials stay mine. Lessons, workbooks, recordings and the Creative Decision System framework are for your personal use. Don't share, resell or teach them as your own. They are copyright of Sandra Mejia Posada.

  • Results. I teach a process; I can't guarantee specific outcomes, sales, followers or income. Your results depend on your own practice.

  • Age. Programs are for adults 18 and over.

  • Payment plans: if you choose a payment plan, you agree to pay every installment. If a payment fails and isn't fixed within 7 days, I may pause your access until it is.

Not professional advice. I'm an artist and teacher, not a lawyer, accountant, financial advisor, psychologist or therapist. My classes, programs, freebies, emails and feedback, including lessons on art licensing, pricing, royalties and creative confidence, are for education only. They are not legal, financial, tax, business, medical or mental health advice. For decisions about contracts, money or your health, please talk to a qualified professional. The Creative Confidence Toolkit offers practical tools for perfectionism, self-doubt and procrastination in your art practice; it is not therapy. If you're struggling with your mental health, please reach out to a health professional.

Liability. To the extent the law allows, my total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product or program. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that can't be waived.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of Colombia. If you're a consumer in another country, you keep any mandatory protections your local law gives you.

Changes. I may update these terms. The version in effect when you buy applies to that purchase.

Refund Policy

Effective date: October 19, 2026

Self-paced classes and digital products. If you're not happy, email me within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. No questions asked.

Live programs (The Creative Decision System and future cohorts)

  • 14-day guarantee: full refund for any reason if you ask within 14 days of buying. This also covers your legal right to cancel within 5 business days.

  • After 14 days: there are no automatic refunds, but I want you to be happy with what you bought. Email me and I'll consider your situation case by case. You can also move to the next cohort once, if you ask before your cohort starts (see Terms).

  • Premium 1:1 tier: You get a full refund minus the value of the sessions already held.

  • If I cancel a program or a call (for the premium 1:1 tier only) I can't reschedule, you get a full refund or a proportional refund, as you prefer.

How to ask for a refund. My classes and programs are sold through Gumroad, which acts as the seller, processes your payment and issues your receipt. To ask for a refund, email hola@artbysandramejia.com with the name and email you used to buy. Your Gumroad order number is the reference number for your request. I review it and, if it's approved, I request the refund in Gumroad within 3 business days. Gumroad then returns the money to your original payment method and emails you a confirmation; most banks show it within 5 to 10 business days. If it hasn't arrived after 15 days, email me and I'll follow up with Gumroad. Gumroad may also refund some purchases directly under its own policies.

Currency. I refund the full amount you paid, in the currency you paid in. Your bank's exchange rate may make the amount in your local currency slightly different; I don't control that.

Bank reversals. If you paid by card, you may also have the right to ask your bank to reverse the payment in cases of fraud, an order you didn't make, or a product you didn't receive.
