Do I need to be good at drawing?

Do I need an iPad or Apple Pencil?
Yes, the classes are designed for Procreate on iPad. An Apple Pencil (or compatible stylus) is highly recommended.

I accept all major payment methods, including debit card, credit card, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All your payment information is handled through Gumroad, so I don’t handle any of your payment information.
Are closed captions available?
Yes! For every video. They’re available in English.
How long will I have access to the course?
You have unlimited access to the course. I’d say forever, but I might not be wanting to maintain this class once I’m 80, so you’ll have access as long as Sandra Mejia’s online school exists.
Do you have a refund policy?
I’m sure you’ll love these classes and resources, but if by any chance you’re unsatisfied with the bundle, I offer a 14-day refund policy from the date of purchase.
How do I request a refund?
If you’d like to request a refund for a course you have purchased:
1. Go to the email with your purchase receipt and reply to it or go to the actual receipt and in the bottom, where it says: “Questions about your product? Contact Art by Sandra Mejia”, you’ll find my support email.
2. Please allow 2-3 business days to get a response. Your refund might take 5-10 business days to be issued depending on your payment provider. Since Gumroad, the platform I use, refunds in USD, conversion fees might apply and you might get a different value than what you paid initially. This is something out of my control.
