Well, it’s very simple: We communicate through iMessage (if you have an iPhone), WhatsApp, Telegram (they’re free apps for your phone), but not in real time, so you don’t have to wait for your scheduled call to communicate with me: you just take out your phone and send me a voice or video message, or even a text message and I’ll reply within 48 hours tops (Monday through Friday). I'll probably even reply sooner than that!

What happens if I don’t use all the 60 minutes in one month?
Any unused minutes in a month will expire at the end of your monthly membership period and won’t roll over to the next month. Sorry, it would be impossible for me to keep track otherwise.
Do you offer refunds?
Because of the digital nature of this service, I don’t offer refunds but I want you to be happy, so if you don’t find our initial interactions helpful, please let me know and we can work something out.
What do I need to access the service?
You need a phone with either the WhatsApp or Telegram apps installed. If you don’t have a way to access this, send me an email prior to enrolling and we can discuss other options.
What happens if I don’t know how to use WhatsApp or Telegram?
Don’t worry. They’re very easy to learn and they’re FREE! If you don’t know how to use them, you can check these tutorials out:

What if I want more than 60 minutes per month?
If you have a monthly subscription, just contact me and I can send you the link to purchase additional hours at $50 USD per hour.
How do you count the 60 min allowance?
Every audio and video sent (by you or me) will count towards your total minutes.
Our intro messages and tech support messages don’t count towards your allotted minutes.
Every text message sent counts as 1 minute. I will usually reply by voice or video message but if you send me a text message, even if it’s 2 pages long, it counts as a minute.
For example:
You send me a long text message, that counts as 1 minute. I reply with a 2 minute video, that counts as 2 more minutes. In this example, you've used 3 of your 60 minutes.
Can I cancel my membership at any time?
Yes! No hard feelings. You can manage your payment and billing preferences directly on your Teachable account, as seen HERE.
